Isn’t a subscription just a retainer?
Not quite. With a retainer, hours are tracked meticulously, and if the work surpasses the retainer amount… The client will pay the difference. The subscription is a flat monthly rate regardless of the amount of hours worked. (I still track the time!)
Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?
When you subscribe you can add unlimited design requests, and they will be delivered one by one.
How do I request designs?
You can request designs in various ways using your very own channel In the Diorama Slack. Typically, requested designs include a brief, specs, wireframes, or a short video. If it can be linked or shared, it's acceptable.
What if I don't like the designs that are made?
If you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy! Designs will be revised until you approve them.
Who is a subscription design service for?
Some companies have occasional design projects, while others need daily, extensive design work. Diorama is here to support the companies in between—those with weekly design needs that don’t justify the cost of a full-time in-house designer or the hassle of negotiating with agencies project by project. Think of Diorama as your flexible in-house designer: there when you need them, at a fraction of the cost, without the surprise over-budget bills.
How quickly will I get the designs?
Typical design requests are delivered in 2 business days. Requests that fall outside of that scope will be discussed and broken out into as many 2 day “Design Tasks” as needed.

You own 100% of the designs forever and ever and ever and ever and ever.
